Your workplace is your Second Home & you spend more than half of your day there, do you agree? You might be working in a small organization that has a small team size or a big one which has thousands of employees. But you surely won’t deny the fact that you spend major hours there.
Do you enjoy going to your office? Have you ever thought about how you connect with your colleagues who were total strangers at one point in time? Do you love what you are doing or you have just become a slave in the corporate world?
Entering the corporate world is a very different experience altogether. But without a doubt, you learn so much from the people around you. When you spend so much time with your colleagues they become a part of your life as well. A place which is full of people working together for the betterment of the company.

No doubt you will find all sorts of people. The ones who are the back bitching types (who are never happy if you do anything good), the boss’s pet or favorite is another type, the ones who give a damn and hardly care about the time or leaves, the type who will try to boss you or monitor all your moves and finally the type who you actually enjoy working with, who will understand you and be there for you in all the situations.
You will not only become a part of the company Whatsapp Group but be a part of all the fun type groups and secret groups. You click pictures together, eat food together and have small coffee & tea breaks in between. The chit-chat sessions with your colleagues are never-ending.
There will always be people who will like you and appreciate the work you do and the hard work you put in. But then there will be always those who don’t like you & envy you and want to take credit for all the work. They simply want to be the boss’s favorite and be with him all the time. Some of them will cover up for your mistakes while the others will especially go and tell the mistakes or errors which actually don’t exist.
An office is a place with which so many emotions are attached. You laugh, you cry, you feel happy, you feel sad. But all this becomes a part of your routine. You miss them when you are on leave. You become a part of all their celebrations and events. Becoming the best of friends with people you never imagined when you joined the organization is the best thing that happened to you.
Work together like a big happy family
You will feel the competition, you will feel the love and there will be moments where you would want to simply quit and leave. Sometimes you will crib for not getting enough leaves and holidays. But still, in the end, you go there and miss some of them. This kind of bonding can be seen in small organizations. Having people around who support you and encourage you is the best place to be.

Hmmmm intresting topic Nidhi madam but fortunately for me my office and colleagues are gem as i always take them with me as team and i never consider my self as a team leader infect i told them I am also team member.

Heya superb blog! Does running a blog similar to this require a
large amount of work? I have no understanding of programming but I had been hoping to start my own blog in the near future.
