The news of the demise of Sushma Swaraj Ji on 6th August 2019 has shocked the entire nation. While all of us were about to go to sleep, she went to sleep forever. When the news came out it severely shook us. It was very hard to believe but the news spread all over.
Sushma Swaraj Ji, a Supreme Court Lawyer, and an Indian Politician, born on 14th February 1952. She was the senior leader of BJP and served as the Minister of External Affairs.
She was an inspirational leader for us. Sushma Swaraj Ji was one of her sort, who was a wellspring of motivation for so many individuals. She was an outstanding pioneer who committed her life to the betterment of the public.
Sushma Ji, an active member on social media, just hours before tweeted to the Prime Minister, thanking him and wrote that she had been waiting for this day (Removal of Article 370). She had always been supportive and her love for the nation cannot be imagined. Days before she even celebrated her wedding anniversary. She loved her husband deeply and we all know about their love story.
Due to her ill health, she did not contest in the 2019 elections. She had been a remarkable political pioneer and a skilled speaker. Her death is a loss for India. Our Iron Lady is no longer with us.
Sushma Ji may your soul rest in peace. There can be no one like you. We will miss you.
